Free App called Transfer. You can move pics and video between devices. And you can shoot video on your iPhone , transfer it to ipad2 and create movies using IMovie app. Better this way as the camera on iPad 2 is not very good.
ISO to AVI converter I'm not 100%. I expect they will decide that in the next update comes up for mobile. It is usually every 2 years (from when the last time you have a phone) but I think this time it will be company-wide. Believe it or not, some people refused to update and run 5 year old blackberry. I expect they will be forced to update, if they decide to refresh it.
