My fave iPad accessory would have to be my Waterfield case. A bit pricey, but it's just superbly designed, well constructed, and made in America. I got their 'ultimate sleevecase' with leather trim. ts to avi converter Any syncing capable app would need some type of internet connection in order to sync across devices and platforms. But I have no problem typing notes in Evernote and then them syncing once I have an internet connection. They just stay pending for sync until I have an established connection. I've never had an issue.
